I’d first heard of digital scrapbooking from Lisa and ever since I’ve really wanted to check it out. I was really into scrapbooking for a few weeks when I was about 20. I didn’t have very many good pictures though, which made scrapbooking hard. Also, crafts aren’t really my thing, so it was difficult for me to stick with it. Digital scrapbooking seems right up my alley. Sort of like creating an easy to design webpage.
I found this beginner’s tutorial and decided to just give it a shot. I had this page created in under an hour. Since discovering how super easy it is to get digital prints developed at Wal-Mart, I really hope I’ll be able to preserve some of my memories in this format.

Ooh, that’s nice! I like the page texture and all the gorgeous orangeyness. The photos make the page. One hint- don’t forget to put the date(s) in someplace! And I just discovered that winkflash.com pprints 11x17 “posters” on cardstock for $1.99. I just ordered a couple to see how they look. |
