I honestly can’t tell you which network I watch most or what time or day to watch most of the shows we do watch on a regular basis. It’s hard to believe TIVO has been in my life for less than a year.
I love TIVO as well, although since it can’t record HD programs, we use our DVR now much more. Our Tivo has little network symbols next to the program (the DVR just indicates the channel it was recorded on).
I think it’s important to know what networks you’re watching, if only to know what networks to support.
Networks like Fox, for example, may have a real gem of a program every once in a while, but they treat their shows like CRAP, moving the times around and not promoting them (I will never forgive what they did to Arrested Development). So you know if you start watching a new show on Fox (that isn’t reality based) you shouldn’t get too attached to it, even if it is the bee’s knees.
