Graduation Day!

Junior tries to build a relationship with Dennis, his future father-in-law. Dennis likes Junior just fine…

But he can’t really stand Junior’s mother, Maw. Maw is nice and easy-going most of the time, but she just can’t get along with Dennis for some reason. It might be the years separating them. Junior’s parents were married at 15 and had him a year later. As such, they’re quite young parents and just don’t seem to be on the same wavelength as parents of Junior’s other friends.

Lilly Vu used to live at Junior’s dorm. Everyone hated her and trapped her behind some couches and chairs until she died of hunger. They would have felt bad about killing her, but come on! She was too stupid to climb over a couch to go get a bite to eat! Maybe this Sim world is better off without her. She does haunt the dorm at night - in fact she wakes Junior at least once a night. The poor cook is the most haunted though as the ghost of Lilly likes to hang out inside the fridge and stove.

Junior and Zoe didn’t spend much of their junior year together. Zoe was busy DJing at a club downtown most of the time. Junior didn’t really care for the club scene and wished Zoe would DJ at the Sugar Cube. Zoe said she didn’t like DJing there though because no one ever danced, they just bowled and played pool.

Zoe also spent a lot of time working out. She wanted to look good at the clubs! Junior didn’t protest this because he found Zoe very attractive when she was in top shape.

Moving into their senior year, Junior and Zoe continued to spend time apart. Zoe spent a lot of time hanging out at her dorm, chillin’ with her roommates.

Robin and Zoe particularly got along well, even though they couldn’t stand each other senior year. They’re now best friends and Zoe is comforted in the knowledge that she has a female shoulder to lean on when she’s having problems with Junior. Zoe’s never had a lot of girlfriends and her mom’s always been too absorbed in science to really understand Zoe’s need to connect to people.

Zoe had a 4.0 GPA and did a lot of extra assignments senior year to insure she would graduate with a perfect GPA.

She also maxed out her creative skills and sold her first masterpiece! Zoe still only got 180 Simoleons/hour DJing at the club, but that was a super fun way to pick up some extra change. As the close of college was nearing, she became exceedingly worried that she’d never make 100,000 Simoleons in her lifetime. She’d taken up the Biology major and decided on a career of Natural Scientist. She thought she’d end up going into politics like her dad, but guesses that enough of her mother must have rubbed off on her.

The day finally came for both Junior and Zoe to graduate college! Junior never really cared about picking a major and when he was a junior, one was picked for him: Philosophy. Over the course of the next year he decided to go into the Paranormal career track and was confident, unlike Zoe, that he would be able to find a job in that field shortly after he graduated.

Both sets of families were invited to the graduation party. Lisa got along fabulously with Maw, which was good considering Maw didn’t care for her husband Dennis. Paw didn’t care much for anyone at all and spent a lot of the party moping around in the common room.

The party wound to a close and everyone had a fabulous time. Junior and Zoe, still in her robe and cap, took a cab back to Enchanted Falls. Their plan was to find a house, move in together and then get married.
